Off the back of my blog post Flow, Player Journey and Employee Satisfaction, I thought I would make a download of the chart available as a pdf. Download it and start drawing your player journey and flow charts.

the chart is great, thanks. I have some questions about it. Can we use it to map the experiences we create in order to guide the player? or is just an illustration of the process we need to follow to achieve that?
I see no reason why you can’t map their experiences. There are more detailed examples here https://www.gamified.uk/2012/11/30/flow-and-satisfaction/ Where I map games to flow and user journey and also here https://www.gamified.uk/2015/11/17/grinding-to-mastery-and-flow/ where I explain a little more about potential ways people can experience flow like states. The key is to keep the challenge in line with the users current skill level.
